Rapids!  

We couldn't do anything about the rain, but we had some great swims last night! Attached is the updated Rapids Ladder and the Meet Results from last night.

The Coach's are starting to set the lineup for Saturday's A-Meet at home against Truro. PLEASE Go in and set availability if you have not done so already.  It's really helpful if your swimmer is not available you go into the app/website and set them as not-available. 

Also, if you haven't done-so, please download the Swimtopia app and enable notifications.  That's how we communicated the weather situation yesterday.
