Rapids!

Our first home A-Meet is upon us.  Please find the heat sheet attached.  

Reminders:

• Heat Sheet is attached.
• Arrival Time: No Later Than 7:45am
• Warmup: 8:00 sharp!  This means swimmers need to be lined up by the pool with caps and goggles on ready to jump into the water at 8:00!
• The meet will start at 9:00.
• Volunteer Check-in is at 8:15 with Teresa at the announcers table wearing her bright orange visor. 
• If you are a Stroke and Turn or Timer, please wear a white shirt over navy bottom with white shoes.
• The weather outside looks frightful.  If you have an extra big 10X10 tent and would be willing to bring it, please do so.
• Please park at Safeway.  Feel free to drop your kids off at the club, but please move cars to Safeway so we can give our visiting team the entire parking lot.
• Everybody is welcome to come to the meet and cheer on the Rapids! Mini families, if you've never been to an A-Meet, you might consider bringing your kids to watch for a few minutes. Your kids junior coaches will be swimming.

Other reminder: Pot Luck Pep Rally Tonight.  Also WE HAVE ALL THE SUITS!!!!  Come tonight and get your suits, caps, Team Shirts (if you didn't pick one up already)
