Hi Rapids Families!
A few reminders coming into the weekend...

• Fun Friday is tomorrow.  Please have your swimmers ready to practice and get in the water by 9am.  The whole team practices at 9am.  Please don't be late! Breakfast is served after practice and games.  Mini's practices are the same time as usual.
• Meet Theme - Hawaiian  - Get creative!
• NO Pep Rally/Pot luck this Friday(7/7) due to the Baseball Game

Monday 7/10/23 - FISH swim team will hold a stroke clinic focused on teaching and correcting turns and breastroke.

 **Times are different than normal!!*** This will be in place of regular practice.  Mini's are still their regularly scheduled practice times and are not included in this clinic.

11 and Under - 8:30-9:30am

12 and Over - 9:30-10:30am
