Hi Rapids Families,

1. Please submit your availability TODAY for this Saturday’s meet ASAP.  Needs to be completed NO LATER THAN 7pm this evening, 6/18/24.  Again - it is a tremendous amount of work to put the meet lineups together.  If you are in town and available, please mark yourself accordingly.  We had many families give us their availability late last week - please be on time this week.  Thank you!!

3. We need Volunteers for Saturday.  If your child is swimming, please pick some way to help out.

4. I will send out notes for Saturday’s meet  later in the week. We are away at Rolling Valley this week (7019 Ashbury Dr Springfield, VA 22152).  I know some other Divisions are starting early due to high temps, so I am going to hold off on details until things shake out.

5. NO AFTERNOON Practice today, Tuesday, June 18th, due to a Dive meet.

6. Again - calling for a Fun Friday Leader.  We will not have breakfast for the kids unless we have a Lead. We have almost all of the jobs filled (we need 2 more for prep) but we will not have this event unless someone will manage it.  For example, give shoppers list of what to buy(which we have already), manage set up, serving and tear down.  It isn’t hard but just needs to oversee the shopping & the day on Friday.

7.  I will be out with the gear to pick up on Friday Morning.  Ribbons will be out on Friday too.
