A-Meet vs. Rolling Valley Availability Confirmation + Meet Notes + Other

Hello Rapids!
We're dashing through the season. Please check the availability report below for Saturday's Away Meet at Rolling Valley. If something has changed, please let Mandy, Noelle, Shaq or Dylan know as soon as humanly possible. Other Notes:
- NVSL Division 12 had decided to start all meets this Saturday 30 minutes early due to expected high temperature. Here is the updated timeline
- 7:30: Arrival Time
- 7:50-8:10: Rapids Warm Ups
- 8:15: Moment of Silence for a member of RVA
- 8:30: Meet Starts
- There are evening practices Wednesday and Thursday of this week. If you are a Mini parent, see Coach Caroline's note about afternoon Mini Practices
- Friday is our first Fun Friday! The whole team practices together starting at 9:00am. Breakfast and games will follow.
- Mini's should come at the normal times on Friday, and can (and should!) stay and participate in Fun Friday Breakfast.
- We will have a "Pick Up Your Stuff" table on Friday. If you ordered Yet's, Caps, Suits, Pants or Hoodies come get them. If you haven't gotten your team shirt yet, get that also. Towels aren't in yet. We will let you know when they are.
- PLEASE sign up to volunteer at the A-Meet on Saturday.
- SUPER IMPORTANT: Set availability for Relay Carnival NOW. We have an exceedingly short turn around to get entries in, they are due Monday Night right after our B-Meet. If you don't know what Relay Carnival is, please check out the meet info page on Swimtopia.
