• Reminder: Meet Times for Saturday are pushed back 30 minutes per Division 12 decision.  Here is the updated timeline
  • 7:30: Arrival Time
  • 7:50-8:10: Rapids Warm Ups
  • 8:15: Moment of Silence for a member of RVA
  • 8:30: Meet Starts
• Rolling Valley Address: 7019 Ashbury Dr Springfield, VA 22152
• Meet Theme: NEON!
• Fun Friday on Friday 6/21! (that's today or tomorrow depending on when you read this!) is our first Fun Friday! The whole team practices at 9:00, followed by games and breakfast. 
• Mini's are at their usual times.
• Please sign up for volunteer jobs for the next 3 meets:
  • Saturday @ Rolling Valley
  • Monday B-Meet @ Poplar Heights
  • Wednesday Relay Carnival @Shouse Village
