Hello Rapids!  

We hope everybody had a great July 4th, it was great to see so many Rapids participate in the great falls Parade.

Please find attached the Heat Sheet and Entries by Swimmer for Saturday's HOME meet against Shouse Village.

News, Notes and Reminders:

• If you are swimming on Saturday, please plan on arriving by 7:45, Warmups start promptly at 8:00am, meet starts at 9:00.
  • We give our parking lot to our visitors, so please plan on parking at Safeway.
• The Rapids Olympics will be on Monday! Before some fun relays, if swimmers want to swim for times, the signup is up, and they can pick 2 strokes.
  • Please sign up for jobs!
  • Look out for more information on fun Olympic activities later today or tomorrow@
• Team Potluck TONIGHT! Fun stuff starts at 5:45, buffet opens at 6:15.  
• Team Picture: Tuesday July 9th.  Please arrive at 7:45
• Laser Tag: Wednesday July 10th during practice
• Bowlero: Last call, go to the team store to buy tickets! NOTE: This is at the STERLING location!
