IMPORTANT: Due to the heat, the meet will start at 8:30.  

• Arrival Time: 7:20am
• Warm-up: 7:50am
• Meet Start: 8:30am

NOTES ABOUT INTRASQUAD on Monday July 15th:

• Arrival: 4:45
• Warmup: 5:00
• Meet Start: 5:45
• The meet will start with the Individual Medley (IM).  
• After the IM, we will have our Mini-Rapids Swim!
• After the Mini-Rapids swim, the rest of the meet will be "normal."
• Swimmers can swim any and all events they choose.  
• VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT! For those swimmers who are at the top of the ladder, divisional selection will be AFTER the meet concludes.  If the words in that sentence didn't make sense, go read the Divisionals 101 page on Swimtopia, and then please ask us if you have any questions.
