Rapids Families! 

Divisionals is upon us! Please find the Heat Sheet for Divisionals and team area map attached. 

Important information:

• Location: Divisionals is being hosted by Stratford. The address is 2300 Brintizer way , Alexandria, VA 22308
• The schedule is below. Swimmers should plan on arriving 30 minutes before their event specific warm up. See event specific warm up times below.
  • IM - 8:05am warmup, arrive at 7:35am
  • Free - 9:10am warmup, arrive at 8:40am
  • Back - 9:55am warmup, arrive at 9:25am
  • Breast - 11:00am warmup, arrive at 10:30am
  • Fly - 12:00pm warmup, arrive at 11:30am
• The concession stand is CASH ONLY. Please bring cash. 
• Please bring chairs for your swimmers for the team area. Families may want to put chairs in their cars in case there isn’t enough seating poolside.
• We still need volunteers! Please sign up in Swimtopia ASAP.
