Here’s a little reminder from last week’s update:

Exciting Updates and Key Dates:

• The Swim Team welcomes back Head Coach Dylan Cudahy for his second year, bringing more energy and enthusiasm. Assistant Coach Jason Cochran also returns for his 6th year!
• For the Dive Team, Head Coach Jamie is back for the 4th season, bringing vast expertise and recognition as one of NVSL’s top coaches.

Mark your calendars for these must-attend events:

• Kick-Off Meeting: Join us on May 14th, 2025, in the evening at the Green Beach at GFST. Reconnect with families and gear up for an amazing season. Last year’s meeting was a highlight!
• Suit Event: Sport Fair is coming to our location on May 20th, 2025! Take the opportunity to try on, purchase, and customize your team suit. To streamline the process, we’ve increased the number of Sports Fair personnel on-site and organized the event by age groups. The tentative schedule is as follows: ages 10 and under from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and ages 11 and over from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Practice schedules remain the same as last year, with the first practice set for Tuesday, May 27th, right after Memorial Day. Visit the web pages for more details.
