Hello Rapids Families!

We had a great VERY HOT meet at Highlands on Monday.  Some GREAT Swims and another 66! personal Bests! Please find the Personal Bests attached!

A-Meet @Sideburn Run

At the bottom of this email, you’ll find a list of swimmers who were marked as available for this Saturday’s A-Meet at Sideburn Run. If this is a mistake, please contact a team rep or email [email protected] as soon as humanly possible.

Please Note: If your swimmer is selected for the meet, the Rapids are counting on them to attend, compete, and support the team. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, we ask that you make every effort to honor your commitment—the team depends on it.

The list of selected swimmers will be provided tomorrow, and the final heat sheet will be shared either late Thursday night or Friday morning.

Team Picture – TOMORROW Thursday, June 26th

• Arrive between 7:45–8:00 AM
• Wear your Rapids team suit if you have one.
• Minis are encouraged to participate—they’re an important part of the team!
• Picture should be done by 8:30 AM, and practice will resume after.

Relay Carnival – July 2nd at Home!

• Relay Carnival will take place Wednesday, July 2nd at our home pool.
• Declare swimmer availability NOW in Swimtopia.

End-of-Season Banquet
