Hi Parents! 

This is a big week for the Rapids...we have 3 meets. Please sign-up for volunteer jobs today! 

1) Monday - 6:00am Home meet vs. Langley (warm-ups at 5:00) 

• Shift 1 5:45-7:20 - Ideal for parents with kids swimming only freestyle and backstroke 
• Shift 2 7:20-8:30 - Ideal for parents with kids swimming breast, fly and IM. If your child fits in this category, please sign-up for shift 2!! 

**We would like to use this meet to start training lead volunteers for next season. We need another announcer and clerk of course leader. Please let me know if you can help and sign-up to shadow these roles!! 

2) Wednesday - 6:30pm Relay carnival at home (warm-ups at 5:00) 

We are hosting the relay carnival this year and need 20+ volunteers to make this meet happen!!  Even if your child is not swimming in this meet, please come cheer and help us make the meet great! There are two shifts to make volunteering easier. Sign-ups are open - please sign-up today! 

• Shift 1: 4:30-6:30 (before the races start)
• Shift 2: 6:30-8:00 (during races, you can step away at any point to watch a race!) 

3) Saturday - 9:00am away meet vs. Fairfax Club Estate 

We need the typical volunteer line-up.
