Hello Rapid Families!

Relay Carnival is tomorrow Wednesday July 2nd — here are the key details:

• Location: HOME!  
• Arrival Time: No later than 4:45 PM
• Rapids Warm-Up: 5:00 PM

Parking & Drop-Off:

• All Rapids families must park at Safeway, regardless of volunteer status. Our parking lot is reserved for visiting teams
• Do NOT park at Village Green
• Swimmer drop-off is at Safeway
• Only vehicles with a parking pass will be allowed into our parking lot.  Please don't try and get in to be turned away by a traffic volunteer.  
• After drop off, swimmers should go straight to the Team Area and get ready for Warm Ups.  

What to Bring:

• Chairs: Swimmers should bring chairs to use in the team area
• Water bottles for all swimmers and family members

Team Area:

• Each team will have a designated space on Green Beach. Look for ours.  
• Please stay within the Rapids Team Area
• Parents should try to avoid going up to the team area as much as possible because it is going to be madness on the Green Beach

Meet Flow & Conduct:

• There will be over 250 swimmers plus their families — please be patient and remind our swimmers to be good hosts
• Swimmers should follow instructions from the Clerk of Course and Marshals
• Meet flow is different than usual — swimmers will exit the pool area through a gate near the baby pool

Concessions:

• Two concession stands will be available:
  • One in the usual location (same as Monday night)
  • One near the team area
