Good morning Rapids Families,

I would like to Thank each and every one of you for all of the work that went into last night’s Relay Carnival.  It was a huge success and that is mainly because everyone was so willing to pitch in and help.  The meet went on without any major glitches which is a total win in my book.  And what a WIN!  I know winning isn’t everything but it did feel GOOD!!!!  A huge thank you also goes to Coach Dylan, Coach Jason and Coach Simon & our Junior Coaches.  You led with incredible energy that enabled our swimmers the excitement needed to pull out our win.  Your hard work with the kids is paying off and it shows.  Quick sidenote - we haven’t won a Relay Carnival since the late 80’s!!!!

Pam and Laura - way to go on having everyone fed!  That was the biggest job last night and you both showed tremendous grace and composure!  If you all see Laura Beglis - ask her about the pork ;-).

Again - thank you to everyone who pitched in last night.  We can’t run this team without every single one of you.  You make our job as Team Reps so much more managable!
