Hello Rapids!

The end of the season is almost upon us. We have two big events left—both on Saturday! Please see below for important information about Divisionals and the End-of-Season Banquet.

Divisionals – Saturday Morning

• See attached for the Heat Sheet
• See attached for the Events by Swimmer. The format is a little different than what we normally provide.   Under each swimmer, read across the page to see the events, they are next to each other. 
• Please look carefully. For the first time in a very long time, we had over 15 alternates "Bid In" for the meet. The Rapids will likely have the most swimmers in Divisionals this year!
• Congratulations to all the swimmers who made it!
• Location: Sideburn Run Pool

• Additional timing and logistics will be sent to participating families soon.

End-of-Season Banquet – Saturday Evening

• Thank you for RSVP-ing and submitting photo and picture orders!
• We’re expecting around 240 people—this might be a record!

VERY IMPORTANT: We need volunteers!

• There are 14 open spots, including 7 for set-up.
• We only have 2 hours to prepare the pavilion. If you can help, please sign up to arrive by 4:00 PM.

Other Details:

• We are monitoring the weather—please stay tuned for any updates.
• Banquet Start Time: 6:00 PM
• Buffet Line Open: 6:00–7:30 PM
  • Dinner will be catered by our locally owned sponsor, BRX Bistro!
  • Wine provided by The Wine Outlet – Great Falls
  • Beer provided by Dynasty Brewing – Ashburn
• After dinner, we’ll have our season awards and slideshow.
• The pool will be open for swimming (weather dependent), but we encourage swimmers to eat first.
• The slideshow will be visible from the pool and pool deck so everyone can enjoy it.
