Congratulations on a great B Meet last night! There were a lot of fast swims and great performances across the team. We are excited to see all the progress our swimmers are making this season. An updated team ladder is attached.

Saturday A Meet – Availability Due Tonight

Please declare your swimmer's availability for this Saturday's A Meet by 5:00 PM today so our coaches can finalize the lineup.

Volunteers Needed – Saturday A Meet

A huge thank you to all of the parent volunteers who have stepped up this season. Our meets have run smoothly because of your hard work and support!

Please take a moment to sign up for a volunteer position if you haven't already. Every role is important to making our home meets successful, and we appreciate everyone pitching in to help.

Fun Friday & Pancake BreakfastPractice Schedule:

• 8:30–9:15 AM: 10 & Under
• 9:15–10:00 AM: 11 & Over

Following practice, the coaches will lead a 30-minute activity with each group.

Pancake Breakfast Schedule:

• 10 & Under swimmers will eat around 9:45 AM
• 11 & Over swimmers will eat around 10:30 AM

Please remember to RSVP your swimmers each week so we can plan food appropriately. (This event is for swimmers only.) Parents, we need your help to make the morning a success, so please volunteer for a role in SwimTopia!

Friday Pep Rally & Potluck 

Join us Friday evening for our Third Pep Rally Potluck as we get ready for Saturday's meet. This week's theme is Neon Party!

The team will be providing pizza for all attendees. To help us plan food quantities and cover costs, please RSVP in SwimTopia.

• Charges will be billed through your MemberSplash account.

We hope to see everyone there for food, fun, team spirit, and excitement as we prepare for our second home A Meet of the season!

Team Picture Day – Monday, June 29

We are excited to photograph your swimmers for team, individual, and sibling photos this year! Team photos are scheduled for Monday, June 29 at 7:45 AM.

There is no need to sign up for the team photo. Please arrive on time and have swimmers dressed in their team suits.

Families interested in individual or sibling photos should reserve a time slot using the SignUpGenius below. Please include your child's first and last name(s) in the notes field when signing up.

The cost is $50 per session, which includes both individual and sibling photos. Payment confirms your reserved time slot. Please send payment via Zelle to Camie Olexovitch (302-381-0509) or contact Camie directly for alternate payment options.

Photo galleries will be delivered via Box.com within approximately three weeks.
