Hi Rapids Families, 

Congratulations to all of our swimmers on a fantastic Rapids Olympics! It was a fun evening filled with great racing, team spirit, and 51 personal best swims! Outstanding job to everyone who competed. An updated ladder is attached so you can see all of the latest improvements.

Relay Carnival – Tomorrow Night 

Relay Carnival is tomorrow evening, and meet entries are now finalized. Please review the attached relay lineup carefully. If you notice any issues or your swimmer is unable to attend, please let the coaching staff know as soon as possible, before 7pm TODAY. Please also review the attaRelay Carnival FAQ for all of the specific rules for this meet.

Meet Timeline 

• 5:00 PM: Warm-ups begin 
• 4:55 / 5:20 / 5:40 PM: Marshal briefings (upon team arrival) 
• 5:35 PM: Officials briefing 
• 5:50 PM: Referee and RTO meeting 
• 6:10 PM: Table workers and timers briefing 
• 6:20 PM: Pool clears; events called to Clerk of Course 
• 6:25 PM: All officials and timers in place 
• 6:28 PM: National Anthem 
• 6:30 PM: Meet begins

5:00–5:20 PM (Lanes 4–6)
Please have swimmers arrive with plenty of time to check in with the coaches before warm-ups begin.

Volunteers Still Needed 

We still need several volunteers, please sign up in SwimTopia for one of the following positions: 

• 3 Timers (including Assistant Chief Timer) 
• 1 Relay Takeoff Judge 
• 1 Verifier 
• 1 Marshal 
• 1 Clerk of Course 

Relay Carnival is one of the most exciting meets of the season, and it takes everyone working together to make it a success. Thank you in advance for volunteering and cheering on all of our Rapids swimmers.
