Pep Rally & Rapids Potluck – This Friday

Join us for our first Pep Rally and Rapids Potluck of the season!

Please note the following schedule adjustment for Friday:

• Division 3 Practice will be combined with the Division 2 Practice from 5:45–6:45 PM
• Organized pep rally activities will begin at 5:45 PM, immediately following the Division 1 practice
• Dinner will begin at 6:45 PM, after the combined practice concludes

Potluck RSVP and Sign-Up

Please RSVP in SwimTopia if your family plans to attend so we can get an accurate estimate of attendance for main course food. Our theme this week is Under the Sea.

Please sign up in the jobs to let others know what side or dessert you plan to contribute to the pot luck.

Everyone is welcome to attend—including our Minis! If you haven't attended a Rapids Pep Rally before, they're casual, family-friendly, and a great way to build team spirit and get to know other swim families.

Every member of the dive team is invited to the end-of-season banquet. Join us for a nice dinner, some drinks, and special prizes.

For our Mini Rapids Swimmers ONLY.  Please let us know if you will attend the Mini’s swim on Monday evening during the Rapids Intrasquad.
