Fri Jun 19	Friday Pancake Breakfast Pool Pavilion Start: 9:00 AM End: 10:30 AM Friday pancake breakfast for swimmers and divers - practice schedules will be adjusted slightly on Fridays to accommodate breakfast: 10 and under practice (8:30-9:15); 11+ practice (9:15 to 10:00). We’ll do like a 30 minute activity with each group after their practice, so we can have younger guys get pancakes at 9:45, older guys around 10:30.
Mon Jun 15	SWIM TEAM: B-Meet HOME vs. Kent Gardens Great Falls Swim and Tennis Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM End: 9:30 PM HOME B-Meet. Set your availability and the strokes you would like your athletes to swim. Athletes can swim 2 "normal" events + the Individual Medley. NOTE: If your swimmer medaled in the previous A-meet, they are ineligible to swim that stroke in the following B-meet.

Fri Jun 12	Rapids Pep Rally: Season Kickoff (Theme: Under The Sea) Start: 5:30 PM End: 7:30 PM Pep Rally & Rapids Potluck – This Friday Join us for our first Pep Rally and Rapids Potluck of the season! Please note the following schedule adjustment for Friday: Division 3 Practice will be combined with the Division 2 Practice from 5:45–6:45 PM Organized pep rally activities will begin at 5:45 PM, immediately following the Division 1 practice Dinner will begin at 6:45 PM, after the combined practice concludes Potluck RSVP and Sign-Up Please RSVP in SwimTopia if your family plans to attend so we can get an accurate estimate of attendance for main course food. Our theme this week is Under the Sea. Please sign up in the jobs to let others know what side or dessert you plan to contribute to the pot luck. Everyone is welcome to attend—including our Minis! If you haven't attended a Rapids Pep Rally before, they're casual, family-friendly, and a great way to build team spirit and get to know other swim families.

Wed Jul 16 2025	Rapids Afternoon Clinic - Butterfly, Turns and Finishes GFST Start: 6:00 PM End: 7:00 PM We are excited to offer another afternoon clinic lead by Coach Simon, 7/16/25 from 6-7pm. The purpose of this clinic is to enhance our athletes butterfly stroke, turns, and finishes . Your swimmer must have a legal Butterfly time to attend. Limited to 30 athletes. No walk up entry will be permitted. Your child must be signed up on the Sign-Up-Genius to attend. There is NO RSVP in Swimtopia - just a date place holder.
