IMPORTANT: Due to the heat, the meet will start at 8:30.  

• Arrival Time: 7:20am
• Warm-up: 7:50am

NOTES ABOUT INTRASQUAD on Monday July…

Laser tag will be organized around practice, which is running at the normal times. Feel free to come early or stay late. Scheduled laser tag is 9:30-11:30.

Due to a dive meet, no afternoon practice 7/9. ***Please also declare availability for Saturday’s meet-please especially declare no if you are not available.***

Please find attached the Final Results from the NVSL A-Meet this past Saturday with Shouse Village.  We had 38 more personal bests, and a HUGE congratulations to Simon Bermudez who broke (his own) Backstroke Club Record with a time of 26.30!
