Our first home A-Meet is upon us.  Please find the heat sheet attached.  

Reminders:

• Heat Sheet is attached.
• Arrival Time: No Later Than 7:45am
• Warmup: 8:00 sharp!  This means swimmers need to be lined up by the pool with caps and goggles on ready to jump into the water…

Minis is on as scheduled but it’s Cold! Water is cold too so just a heads up.

We are cancelling Mini's tonight due to low temps but Rapids practice ON! See you all at 5:30pm.
